Our Academy educational program is structured in a way that aims to develop the participants’ knowledge regarding coffee through theory presentation and practical training.

 

The program consists of 3 different sessions as follows:

  • Introduction to Coffee (6-8 hours)
  • Espresso: the perfect cup (6-8 hours)
  • Beverages and Latte Art (4-6 hours)

 

The “Introduction to coffee” session is purely theoretical and it is addressed to people who are inexperienced regarding coffee. Indicatively, the main subjects covered are:

The “Espresso: the perfect cup” session includes both theory and practice. It goes deeper on espresso, espresso preparation, key preparation parameters, and ways to achieve the perfect cup.

The “Beverages & Latte Art” session is a practical module that aims to train participants on preparing their own beverages hands-on, under the direction and supervision of the person who delivers the seminar. Participants will learn the basic principles of “latte art.”
